What is Cashless Payment?

Your wristband has an integrated RFID chip that represents your electronic wallet and enables you to make cashless payments in the Artist- & VIP Area.

Why Cashless?

Are other payment methods possible?

Yes! We have opted for a hybrid system. You can pay in the Artist and VIP Area with the chip, (credit) card, or cash.

How can I top up my balance on site?

Top-up stations are available where you can top up with cash, Vpay, Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro. You can also top up your balance online by using the GET event portal (sboa24.eventportal.io). You can access the event portal by scanning the QR code on the back of your chip. You will also find your chip ID there, which must be provided for topping up your balance.

Who can I contact if something doesn’t work?

If you have problems topping up your balance, contact us via email at cashless@summer-breeze.de. On site, you can go to our InfoPoint.

How can I check my balance?

You can check your balance at any time in the event portal. The electronic cashier also shows you the current balance of your wallet with each purchase. Additionally, you can read your balance at the top-up stations on the festival grounds.

Can I receive receipts or invoices?

You can view transaction receipts in the event portal.

What if I still have a balance on my chip after the festival?

You can request a refund of your remaining balance in the event portal. Your balance will be credited to you within two weeks.

How is my data processed?

For cashless payment at our festivals, we use the Cashless Payment service of the Austrian company Global Event Technologies GmbH & Co KG (https://www.get.systems/). GET requires personal data from you in order to provide and process this service – in particular for the reversal of unused credit. Your data will only be processed with your express consent.

We have concluded a so-called order processing contract with GET in accordance with European data protection law. This means that GET may not process the data collected from you independently, but only in accordance with our instructions and specifications. Your data is also protected as part of the technical and organizational measures (TOM) guaranteed by GET.

As soon as your personal data is no longer required for the provision of the services and the processing of payment transactions and remaining credit balances and there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary, it will be deleted. You can also request the deletion of your data directly from GET.
