That was a hot ride!
SUMMER BREEZE 2024 is history.
The sun really heated us up, but you proved that you can keep a cool head even in extreme heat. The atmosphere was fantastic throughout and you showed why you are the best fans imaginable.
We tried to surprise you on several levels this year. Even if things sometimes turn out differently than you think, we are incredibly proud of what we have achieved together. Your enthusiasm and perseverance have made the festival what it is: an unforgettable experience; a memory that will never fade!
With the return of the Gargoyles, the expanded Campsite Circus, our mascot Mikey and additional camping areas, we wanted to meet demand on the one hand and bring a breath of fresh air to the SUMMER BREEZE culture on the other. The diversity of our line-up is matched by the diversity of the people who come to our festival. We really appreciate that.
A big thank you goes to you for your patience during the journey. Patience that was needed more in the preliminary planning. We know that booking the slots in advance involved a lot of organizational stress. But it was well worth it! You handled it with composure and good humor. Compared to last year, we have made huge improvements together and can already point out some things that we will improve.
The commitment you have shown in keeping the pitch clean is simply amazing! It really can’t be taken for granted that so many hands lend a hand and leave our festival in such good condition. There are things that are constantly changing, but one thing remains stable: the fact that we can rely on you.
Even though there have been some technical challenges this year, you have shown that you keep calm, turn to us and then wait patiently for the problem to be solved. That’s the best way for all of us. You can be sure that every effort will be made to resolve the odd hiccup, such as low water pressure.
Your cooperation with food sharing, your open ears and arms for the awareness team, your willingness to donate to the crowd and your commitment to the many waste and recycling stations are simply inspiring.
The return of the Gargoyles was a very special highlight. Considering that there was no stage at SUMMER BREEZE three years ago, it makes us all the prouder that we were able to offer you a main stage again this year for the 25th edition, which made unforgettable concerts possible.
Our thanks also go to the many helping hands, technicians, crews, security people, dealers and cleaning crews. Many, many thanks for making such a positive contribution to the culture at SUMMER BREEZE. A huge thank you also goes to our press partners, sponsors and presenters. It’s great that we are shaping our SUMMER BREEZE together and taking the passion out into the world.
The fact that SUMMER BREEZE was sold out in spring shows us how much trust you have placed in us. And we are infinitely grateful for that.
